WHAT IS COVERED:

Statutory Warranty Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law. This warranty is in addition to any other rights or remedies provided by law.

Under normal conditions and ordinary use, MBA Grass warrants its artificial turf (excluding clearance products) for 8 years against:
• Ultraviolet degradation of more than 50% during the warranty period.

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery and covers only MBA Grass products used for domestic landscaping or applications recommended by MBA Grass. MBA Grass may repair or replace defective products at its discretion. Replaced items become the property of MBA Grass.

What is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover the following:

• Non-MBA Grass products
• Change of mind or incorrect product selection
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from cutting, negligence, misuse, or abuse
• Vandalism
• Damage caused by vehicles or machinery
• Damage caused by animals
• Fire or chemical damage
• Natural disasters
• Improper footwear or sports equipment
• Cuts or burns
• Heat damage from reflective surfaces (glass, colorbond, etc.)
• Failure to maintain, protect, or repair the product as recommended
• Poor subsurface work (collapsed soak wells, shallow reticulation pipes, voids)
• Drainage or sub-base issues caused by others
• Improper installation or unapproved infill materials
• Repairs by anyone other than an MBA Grass installer
• Delays in reporting issues within 14 business days
• Non-payment of invoices

How Long Does Coverage Last?

Product Only: 8 years from date of purchase
Product + Installation: 8 years product warranty + 3 months installation warranty (residential)
Commercial Installation: 1-year installation warranty

Who is Covered?

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable (including property ownership changes).

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a claim, contact: contact@mbagrass.com.au

All warranty claims must include:

• Your name and contact information
• Proof of purchase/invoice
• At least 3 clear photos of the affected area
• A detailed description of the issue

Do not attempt to repair the product yourself, as this voids the warranty.

What MBA Grass Will Do

MBA Grass will inspect the issue and may repair or replace defective areas using new or refurbished materials. Color matching between batches is not guaranteed.

If your claim is accepted, warranty work will carry the remaining original warranty period.

What MBA Grass Will NOT Do

MBA Grass is not responsible for any costs or damages beyond what is outlined in this warranty, including indirect or consequential losses such as loss of income or business.

Disclaimer

As with any manufactured product, there are occasional colour differentiations between dye lots. No two batches will be identically the same. MBA GRASS cannot be held responsible for any colour shading differences. No person or party shall create any obligation or liability for MBA GRASS beyond the guarantee expressed herein.

The Customer expressly agrees that the use of the Products and Services is at the Customer’s own risk. To the full extent permitted by law, MBA Grass’s liability for breach of any term implied into these terms by any law is excluded.

All information, specifications, and samples provided by MBA Grass relating to the Goods or Services are approximations only. Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, small deviations or slight variations that do not substantially affect the Customer’s use of the Goods or Services will not entitle the Customer to reject the Goods upon delivery or make any claim.

Any advice, recommendation, information, assistance, or service given by MBA Grass in relation to the Goods or Services is provided in good faith and is believed to be accurate, appropriate, and reliable at the time it is given. It is provided without any warranty regarding accuracy, appropriateness, or reliability.

MBA Grass does not accept any liability or responsibility for any loss suffered as a result of the Customer’s reliance on such advice, recommendation, information, assistance, or service.
